Kayatz counselling & Psychology
Kayatz Counselling and Psychology practice was founded by Dr Jonna Kayatz (CPsychol) to offer psychological counselling and consultations services for adults, expats, professionals, healthcare professionals and executives, and to support clients in navigating complexities in their personal and professional lives.
Through a modern approach and a hybrid practice model the one-on-one sessions are conducted in person in Zürich and online sessions via Zoom allowing more flexibility.
Services also include workplace mental health training and consultations, and reflective practice group facilitation for professionals, healthcare professionals and organisations.
ABOUT
Dr Jonna Kayatz is an HCPC registered and a BPS chartered Counselling Psychologist and BACP registered Counsellor and Psychological Therapist. She has gained her doctoral level Counselling Psychologist training in London, the United Kingdom. Previously she worked in an international corporate setting in Helsinki, New York and London.
Dr Jonna Kayatz abides to the HCPC, BACP and BPS ethical frameworks and undertakes continuous professional development activities.
Her experience covers research, consultation, audit and evaluation of services, peer supervision and mental health training of managers and members in hospital settings, in addition to Scientific Committee work for a European Psychology Congress and presenting in international conferences.

Dr Jonna Kayatz has gained a broad experience and an understanding what it takes to grow and navigate in different environments having lived in London, New York, Finland and Switzerland. These experiences have made her more passionate about living life more authentically and being brave to shape one’s life to a more meaningful one.
Through all various professional activities she drives to reduce the stigma around mental health difficulties, particularly promoting the understanding of mental health challenges and human distress being understandable responses to abnormal circumstances, and contributing to creating more resilient individuals, more understanding societies leading to more sustainable communities.
