I see clients in person for one-on-one sessions in Zürich in a central location within easy reach from Zürich main station.
I also work with clients flexibly online using Zoom. This allows flexibility in conducting sessions for individuals who may need that. You can consider what is your preference and what works for you.
I work for my practice part-time (Wed, The, Fri). My working hours are 09:00-18:00 (no weekend appointments)
Typically counselling sessions take place at the same time each week, but there is flexibility in scheduling depending on your circumstances.

This is different for everyone, depending on your situation, the presenting problem and/or the challenges that you are currently going through, and what your goals are.
Our first one or two sessions will focus on developing a shared understanding of the things or areas in life that you are struggling with and your therapy goals. Based on our shared understanding, we will then discuss about the sort of approach, and number of sessions, we can start with.
Some people find that a short-term approach (i.e., 6-18 sessions) covers their needs, while others find it helpful to have ongoing support over a number of months. I usually suggest working in blocks of 6 sessions, and we will review the need for further sessions regularly.

I offer a free initial 15-20-minutes consultation call via Zoom which enables us to think together about what you need and whether I am the right therapist for you. It is also possible to book straight away a 50 min. consultation session with the fee of 180 CHF to have more time to assess your circumstances
Research shows that the most significant factor in the success of therapy is the rapport we have with our therapists. Although it can take time to develop trust in any relationship, it is important that you feel this is possible. It is also important to ensure that your therapist has the right expertise for what you need. I will always try to signpost you to another therapist or psychologist if I don’t feel I have the right skill set for what you need.
If we decide to go ahead we will arrange our first session.

I am trained to provide a range of different psychological counselling and therapies. This enables me to develop tailored interventions based on your particular needs and preferences, as well as the current evidence-base, as different approaches can be more suitable to different issues.
My overall approach is integrative which means that I am able to consider in which ways the various models of psychological therapies can enrich and be combined to support the needs of the client. The models I use most often are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). I also draw from trauma informed, attachment informed, psychodynamic and systemic approaches, and mindfulness based and somatic practices.
Your own strengths and resources, as well as your self-determination and personal life values are of particular significance in my therapeutic approach.
